On March 20, 2024, GPA participated in the B.P. Carbullido Elementary School Career Day.
 
T&D linemen crew members John Castro, Paul Blas, Jr., Nathan Quinata, Mark Molo and Tovin Mesa discussed how to use their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and how they properly safeguard themselves when working on the power lines.
The T&D crew also demonstrated how to properly ascend in a bucket truck.
 
Chanel Jarrett from HR discussed the various careers paths, apprenticeships and internships offered by GPA. Communications Office personnel shared energy-saving tips with students and highlighted the ongoing Beat the Peak campaign.
 
The GPA team provided the elementary students with Beat-The-Peak stickers, energy-themed activity books and coloring materials.
