Guam Energy Office (GEO) in partnership with Guam Power Authority (GPA) held the Guam Energy Expo on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 10am – 3pm.
The annual Guam Energy Expo provides the community with information on energy efficiency and conservation along with other energy related topics, initiatives, and community programs.

GPA personnel from Customer Service, SPORD, Executive and Communications Office engaged with patrons with insightful discussions on energy-saving techniques.

SPORD team provided live demonstrations of online tools such as the Energy Sense Online Rebates, My Energy Guam and Home Energy Audits.
The Energy Sense Online Rebates provides convenient online filing of energy sense rebates for customers. The My Energy Guam and Home Energy Audits are tools available online at the Energy Sense Website that enable customers to track their power consumption and assist them with reducing their power usage.

Additionally, Customer Service Representative Micah Perez provided assistance to booth patrons by retrieving their account information so they may enter the GEO raffle.

The GPA booth included a spinning wheel featuring GPA promotional items as prizes.

GEO and GPA continue to partner to deliver the We CARE Guam! Program. As part of this signed MOA, GPA pays rebates to GEO on select energy-efficient appliances that they provide at no cost to low-income customers.

Rebates received by GEO are then used to purchase additional appliances for low-income households.
