As a Mangilao-based government organization and as part of our Community Outreach program, GPA participated in the 2024 Mangilao Christmas Festival by hosting an Energy Awareness Table.

The event was held at the Mangilao Night Market grounds on Sunday, December 15, 2024.

The festival offered an ideal opportunity to engage with the community and discuss the various energy-efficiency and conservation programs available to our ratepayers.

SPORD personnel educated customers on how to access GPA online tools such as the Energy Sense Online Rebates, My Energy Guam and My Energy Xpert (MEX) Home Energy Audit.

The Communications Office shared various power-saving tips with ratepayers and highlighted the Beat-The-Peak campaign which encourages energy conservation during peak periods of energy usage.

Additionally, GPA Facilities assisted with set-up and breakdown of the GPA awareness table for the event.

The GPA team also provided energy-related coloring sheets and crayons to all children that visited the GPA booth.
